When my wife and I purchased our “New” home of 1962 construction, we decided that a significant amount of work had to be done to update this house to current standards. This project was certain to be large in scope, and we called on Franco DiDemetrio of Regency Construction to direct the project for us from beginning to final certificate of occupancy. The project included replacement of the external facade, windows, all interior and exterior doors, deck, expansion of the master bathroom, and complete renovation of the kitchen and remaining upstairs hall bath and first-level power room.

Regency Construction provided the design, including all CAD drawings, of the master bathroom expansion, permitting, oversight of framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work, and follow through to final certificate of occupancy. We believe that our project was a great success and are very pleased with the appearance and functionality of our new home. I would like to also note that Regency has provided their expertise in other projects in the homes of both my parents and brother, and we have always been pleased with the results, expertise, and professionalism of this building contractor organization. Regency Construction has completed several construction projects for our corporate office.
