Managing the environmental impact of your construction begins with its foundation and framing. Regency offers strong and effective Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) for maximum energy efficiency with minimal use of natural resources for both residential and commercial projects.

First developed after World War II, ICFs are reinforced concrete walls cast in place between manufactured H-shaped forms to provide both design flexibility and optimal insulation by creating an open-air channel. They can be used to construct the most durable, impermeable foundations, as well as all the above-ground outside walls of your home or commercial build.

Strong and durable. ICF foundations and walls are exceptional at withstanding high winds, ground settling and other disruptive forces.

Lower material and labor costs. ICFs, in the way they are preassembled, require less cement and fewer construction hours than traditional builds. Their light weight also reduces shipping costs.

Net-zero carbon footprint. ICF-built structures are airtight and maximize the use of onsite renewable energy to produce more energy than they consume over the course of a year.

Kinder to the planet. ICF concrete is composed of naturally abundant limestone and recycled materials.

Energy efficient. ICF walls stay cool in summer and warm in winter, providing significant energy savings.

Sound resistant. Concrete walls sandwiching ICFs allow only 1/8th of the outside noise to penetrate versus wood-framed construction, making them ideal for densely settled areas, as well as soundproof and safe rooms.

Temperature stable. The combination of foam and concrete helps keep temperatures consistent. With fewer of the cold or hot spots that occur in traditional construction, ICFs provide optimal occupant comfort.
